Chairman & CEO • Mr. Heggenhougen has founded and managed technology organizations in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Latvia, Switzerland, Germany, China, Australia, and the US. His first company; iGroup ASA (OSE: IGR) went public in 2001. From 1989 to present, he has served as Founder & Chairman of McKenzie Webster Limited, a technology investment and consulting company and etechnologycorp, a Connecticut based technology company. Mr. Heggenhougen holds and has held several BOD-positions in private and public companies currently both Europe and the US.
Peter R. KaufmanDion Joannou
Dion Joannou has 13 years of experience with Nortel Networks where he held a number of leadership positions in the Wireless and ATM/IP businesses, culminating in a position as President of Nortel North America from August of 2005 to August of 2007. While serving in this capacity, Joannou was responsible for overseeing 50% of Nortel's revenues of between $5 and $6 billion, derived from both the enterprise and carrier markets. Joannou holds a Bachelor of Arts - Marketing degree from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, Illinois and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Miami in Miami, Florida.

Director Sean Guerin is the co-CEO of US Imaging Solutions, Inc. in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Sean is on the Board of the Facing It Together Foundation and Gold Coast Magazine. He is involved and has chaired several committees with the United Way, People for Progress and HANDY. He is a member of the Board of Directors and is an Executive Committee member for the Broward Workshop, and he was recently appointed by Governor Crist to the District Board of Trustees at Broward Community College.

Director Mr. Yablon currently serves as Chief Operations and Financial Officer for Sandow Media Corporation, publishers of NewBeauty magazine, Luxe Colorado and The Perfect Home book series. He has had a distinguished career managing companies in the media, publishing, healthcare and technology sectors, including working with one of America's most successful entrepreneurs, the late Malcolm Forbes. Mr. Yablon served as President and Chief Operating Officer and as Chief Financial Officer in addition to his position as a member of the Board of Directors for a publicly traded pharmaceutical health care company.
Peter R. KaufmanPETER R. KAUFMAN
Director Peter R. Kaufman graduated Brown University in 1982 with a degree in Applied Mathematics. He spent the next 11 years working in technical, sales, and sales management areas of IBM, AT&T, and DEC (Compaq). Mr. Kaufman co-founded ETC with Mr. Heggenhougen in 1993 and has served as its CEO since. ETC, is today a security, communications, and network consulting company, building resilient, secure infrastructure for companies, universities, and municipalities.
