WrapMail, Inc. was incorporated in Florida in October 2005 with a Patent Application filed on the day of incorporation. The domain was established in January 2002 followed by a web site illustrating WrapMail’s server based interactive technology in February 2002. WrapMail established its first office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in January 2006 and launched its first client that very day (and we are proud to say we still have this client). Since inception, WrapMail has launched hundreds of clients with the total number of users in the tens of thousands. WrapMail is rapidly spreading around the globe and with customers and Partners signing up every month. WrapMail, Inc. is a private company with the majority of stock held by insiders.
